The graduation ceremony for the Tameer-e-Mustaqbil internship program was held in Lahore, celebrating the achievements of seven young professionals who successfully completed their training with the company’s Tech Division.
The event recognized the participants’ dedication and growth throughout the internship, which aimed to equip them with practical skills, mentorship, and corporate exposure to help them transition confidently into the professional world.
Leaders from various departments attended the ceremony, including Director Taha Muhammad Naseem, Chief Operating Officer Rohail Basir, General Manager Sales Naeem Bashir, Head of Marketing Shoaib Younus, Head of Human Resources Shakeela Qureshi, and Sabah-ud-Din Rana.
Speaking at the event, Director Taha Muhammad Naseem highlighted the importance of bridging the gap between academia and industry, saying that initiatives like Tameer-e-Mustaqbil play a vital role in empowering youth with real-world experience and opportunities for innovation.
Chief Operating Officer Rohail Basir praised the participants for their creativity and commitment, noting that the program’s goal is to develop future-ready professionals who can lead with purpose and adaptability.
The Tameer-e–Mustaqbil program offers cross-functional exposure, practical training, and mentorship from industry experts through weekly learning labs, real-time projects, and reflective activities such as “Intern Diaries.”
The graduation of the 2025 cohort marked not only the conclusion of an internship but also the beginning of promising professional journeys, as the young graduates prepare to contribute to Pakistan’s evolving workforce with skill, confidence, and ambition.
